Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • This processing time is separate from the actual shipping timeframe.
  • Delays may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales).

Delivery dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

How long does shipping take?

  • Free / Ground: 5 business days
  • Priority: 3 business days
  • Express: 2–3 business days

Do you offer overnight shipping?
No, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Can I request a refund for shipping if it’s late?
No, shipping fees are non-refundable, including Priority and Express.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order is lost in transit, it may be eligible for a free replacement two weeks after the original ship date. If marked as delivered by the carrier, it is not eligible for refund or replacement. For added security, you may request a signature in the notes section at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product branding on the outside.

Order Tracking Information
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Tracking information will become available after USPS has received your shipment — it may take up to 48 hours to update. Tracking may occasionally appear delayed due to missed scans; this is common and does not necessarily indicate an issue. If you have concerns, please wait until after the expected delivery date before reaching out.


Order Modification & Cancellation

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once placed, orders cannot be modified for products, shipping methods, or discounts. If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation. No modifications can be made after shipment. For address changes or urgent requests, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.


Returns Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

We do not currently offer a store locator or list of retail locations.

No, we do not offer free samples.
