Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed. This processing time is separate from the actual shipping timeframe. Delays may occur during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events. Delivery dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
No. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including Priority and Express services.
If your order is lost in transit, it may be eligible for a free replacement two weeks after the original ship date. If marked as delivered by the carrier, it is not eligible for refund or replacement. For added security, you may request a signature in the order notes at checkout.
No, we currently only ship within the U.S.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product branding on the outside.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after USPS receives your shipment. Occasional scan delays are common and do not indicate a problem — please wait until after the expected delivery date before reaching out.
Orders & Modifications
Once placed, orders cannot be modified for products, shipping methods, or discounts. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation. No modifications can be made after shipment. For address changes or urgent requests, contact us immediately.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
