All sales are final. Due to the consumable and sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
The products available on numbz.shop are consumable and sensitive in nature. To ensure product safety, authenticity, and consistent quality standards, we cannot accept returned items once they have shipped. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number
Upon review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to correct the issue promptly.
Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product dissatisfaction without defect
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Normal product variation between batches
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Shipping-Related Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, numbz.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping delays are outside our control. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for added security.
Policy Integrity
Numbz reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above criteria and to deny requests suspected of fraud or abuse.
