Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are shipped discreetly via USPS and dispatched within two business days after being placed. While we aim to ship within 24 hours, this is not guaranteed. This applies to all orders including Priority and Express.

Once your order is in possession of the carrier, the estimated delivery timeframe begins. Projected delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders are not guaranteed to ship or be delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

We do not offer overnight shipping or international shipping.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Tracking becomes active after USPS receives your shipment — this may take up to 48 hours. Occasional scan delays are normal and do not indicate a problem. If you have concerns, wait until after the expected delivery date before contacting us.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product branding on the outside. Discreet delivery is a non-negotiable part of how we operate.

Liability

We are not liable for late, lost, or stolen packages. All sales are final and non-refundable. If your order is lost in transit, it may be eligible for a free replacement two weeks after the original ship date. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.

For added security, you may request signature confirmation in the order notes at checkout.
